A local investor has bought an office property in Melbourne’s Richmond for $665,000 at a Teska Carson auction, well above the reserve price.

The 1A Gordon Street building comprises fully-fitted 170 square metre office space on three levels. It is close to Richmond’s retail and entertainment precincts.

Selling agent, Teska Carson’s George Takis, said the marketing campaign got good response from both investors and owner-occupiers, including SMSFs, looking for well-placed investments in the inner eastern suburbs.

The property was sold with vacant possession
