Noosa par 3 golf course listed for sale

Noosa's popular golf course, the Noosa par 3 has been listed for sale at $7 million plus.
The 30 hectare have been listed by Chris Allen of Hang Loosa Property Noosa.
The picturesque 36 hole golf course comes with dams and seasonal creeks.
"Beginning with a dream in the 1980's, the original and current owner established and opened the initial 18 holes to the public in 1990," Chris Allen advised.
Holes 19-27 were completed and opened in 1995, with the addition of a further 9 holes in 2015.
"The iconic course offers countless opportunities to further develop," the marketing said.
