Two development sites in Melbourne's Box Hill have been put up for sale through an expressions of interest campaign by Savills.

The adjoining landholdings at 826 and 830 Whitehorse Road are being offered individually or can be purchased together. The EOIs close on June 23.

Each property comprises a multi-level office building. 

The land area for 826 Whitehorse Road is 1,078 sqm, while 830 sits on 1,572 sqm.

Zoned Commercial 1, each property has an office building with car parking, and short-term holding income. Each office building suits ongoing occupancy and/or owner-occupation.

The site is within the 'Prospect Street Activity Precinct' and the 'Major Development Built Form Precinct' of the Box Hill Metropolitan Activity Centre, and planning advice from Urbis indicates an allowable development height of 30+ levels subject to council approval.
