A property leased to burger franchise Grill’d on Clarendon St South Melbourne has sold at auction for $3.36 million.

The retail outlet at 278 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne, is a two-level building wholly leased to Grill’d on a new 7 and 7-year deal that sold through Fitzroys agents Andrew Hewett and David Bourke.

Hewett said Clarendon Street has recently seen a resurgence in service retail and fashion sectors and has long been a hub for popular eateries.
