Merimbula's median listing price for these types of apartments is $45,000.
Nine of the top 50 cheapest property suburbs are for studios and one bedroom apartments, with six of the nine coming from Queensland
1. Merimbula NSW - Median listing price: $45,000
2. York, WA - Median listing price: $50,000
3. Dolphin Heads, QLD - Median listing price: $74,000
4. Bundamba, QLD - Median listing price: $76,000
5. Eagleby, QLD - Median listing price: $89,500.
