South Melbourne development site fetches $3.97 million

Greg Hocking Holdworth has sold a development site in South Melbourne for $3.97 million.
Currently two residences on one title, it was marketed for its multi-unit re-development potential.
The 513 sqm site was 227 to 229 Cecil Street with second frontage to Napier Street.
