Million-plus Adelaide industrial market reaps $270 million in 2015: Savills

Adelaide had around $270 million worth of industrial sales above of $1 million in the 12 months to December 2015, some 72 properties according to Savills.

Over the last 12 months, approximately 50 percent of the total value of industrial properties reported transacted in Adelaide were valued in the range $1 to $10 million.
