The building is close to Darling Harbour, The Star Casino and the Australian National Maritime Museum, with retail and food shops nearby

“This site was formerly occupied by Hog's Breath Cafe and before that Oscar's Hotels,” he said.

Skufris said the tenancy’s availability coincides with the opening of the 84 Union Street bar, restaurant and cafe on the building's ground floor.
