Gaming specialist leases office space in Sydney's Seven Hills

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has signed a five-year lease on an office building in Sydney’s growing business district of Seven Hills.

Located at 197 Prospect Highway, the modern and recently refurbished office property comprises two office suites spanning 1,007 sqm.

The property was rented for $265 per square metre net. It has an atrium, outdoor area, onsite parking and dual street access.

CBRE’s Luke Bryant and John Micallef negotiated the deal on behalf of Ford Land Company.

“The building’s flexible leasing accommodation and ease of accessibility were highly suited to GLI’s specific leasing requirements," Bryant said.
