- Level 4 Suite 4 (104 sqm) has a price tag of $449,000 with a net annual rent of $34,000

- Level 5 Suite 3 (105 sqm) is up for sale at $390,000 with a net annual rent of $29,446

 The tenant is on a two-year lease from 2015 with options for another two years and rents are due for an increase from March. The tenant pays GST and the usual outgoings.
