Camberwell lease within two weeks of offering

The latest tenant to move into Camberwell is Central Hope Australia Pty Ltd.
The 180 sqm space of Suite 3 of 321 Camberwell road was leased at $65,000 per annum over five years, including three car spaces, plus outgoings worth $8,000.
Fitzroys Huang, who brokered the deal, said there was strong interest for smaller offices in Camberwell with car spaces.
This property was leased within two weeks of coming onto the market.
