High performance compounds and concentrate supplier A.Schulman Pty Ltd has moved to Melbourne, with the company acquiring an industrial warehouse/office for its Australian operations.

Located in Melbourne's south east, the subsidiary of Ohio-based global materials firm A.Schuman Inc. has secured the long term tenancy of 1/13 Japaddy Street in Mordialloc.

Leasing agent Ryan Amley of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh said the versatile property is strategically positioned off Boundary Road in the sought after Braeisde industralia precinct.

The 1672 sqm building area includes a 193 sqm partitioned office space and 178 sqm of warehouse.

The site also features a 6.9 metre high clearance warehouse, two container height roller doors and a heavy power supply.
