Experian leverages rich property data from CoreLogic to expand customer-centric information services

Experian Marketing Services Australia, provider of customer-centric information services, will add geospatial elements to its range of customer marketing services by leveraging the real estate-related information assets of global information provider CoreLogic.

The partnership will give Experian access to property attributes, historical sales and other value data, and property trends across Australia.

“Our core philosophy is to provide data to help companies connect to communities,” said Vic Hodge, principal ponsultant, Experian Marketing Services.

“Smart companies are using data to improve their ability to connect with the consumers of today, and to be at the forefront of the planning and interaction with the consumers of the future.”

By integrating detailed information about Australian real-estate industry trends into its data offerings, Experian will be able to better tailor its products and services with a geographic element that reflects demographic and societal changes over time.
