Frasers head to West Perth office space

Frasers Property, formerly Australand, is relocating from West Leederville to West Perth after securing space at 1 Havelock Street.
The new lease deal in West Perth will accommodate its Western Australian headquarters.
Frasers Property has signed an eight-year lease on the 1,236sqm office located on the second level of 1 Havelock Street.
CBRE Office Services Director Luke Bray, who negotiated the deal on behalf of lessor Ascot Capital, said the quality offering of the property was a key factor underpinning the deal.
“Frasers Property was attracted to the quality refurbished space on offer, the high car bay allocation and the prime West Perth location which is walking distance to the CBD,” Mr Bray said.
