Hy-Clor Australia leases space in Glendenning to consolidate Sydney operations

Premium swimming-pool maker Hy-Clor Australia has leased industrial space in Glendenning to consolidate its Sydney operations.

The 7,277 square metre site at 178 Power Street features a mix of modern office and warehouse accommodation.

Hy-Clor has committed to a seven-year lease on an initial rental of $873,240 per annum net plus GST.

The off-market deal was done by CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and Greg Pike.

“CBRE had an intimate understanding of the tenant’s dangerous goods requirement,” said Shakir.
