An educator has paid $13 million for a Collingwood office building inside the Foy & Gibson complex at 150 Oxford Street.

The four level property totals 3336 square metres of office space over two levels with a lower level warehouse and 86 car spaces over the remaining two levels.

Savills agent Clinton Baxter, who brokered the deal with Colliers’ Peter Bremner and Ted Dwyer said significant interest had come from developers desperately seeking residential development opportunities in Collingwood given the demand for inner-city apartments.
