Developer Tim GURNER has his Footscray apartment project site up for sale, having secured a permit for a $220 million twin tower project.

The Warde Street GURNER site has been listed for sale as it seeks to divide its growing portfolio evenly between Melbourne and Brisbane.

The 2,190 sqm site, located at 1 Warde Street Footscray and positioned within the State Government’s Joseph Road regeneration precinct, has been listed for sale by Colliers International.

The approved permit allows for between 350 to 380 apartments plus 4000sqm of retail at ground level.

The site has an approximate end value of over $220 million, GURNER founder and director, Tim GURNER says.

It is about to launch two new projects in Melbourne.
