Sunshine Coast Peregian Breeze site sells for $1.1 million

Lot 401 California Blvd, in Peregian Beach has sold for $1.1 million.

Located in the brand new community Peregian Breeze, a child care operator has purchased this site at $397/sqm or $14,667/childcare place based on a 75 child centre – a record value for the region.

Peregian Breeze Childcare and Retail sites were marketed via a national expressions of interest campaign through senior executive special projects agent Baydn Dodds – Colliers International.

"The Market demonstrated a high level of interest for the childcare site due to its location in the emerging high quality Peregian Breeze estate" says Mr. Dodds.

Several offers were made for the site and eventually purchased unconditionally by Big Day Out Care and Education.

Big Day Out Care & Education are a locally owned and operated early childhood service.
