Neil Perry’s Burger Project will open in Sydney's MLC Centre this December as part of the building's foodie redevelopment.

Eight new retailers have also signed on, including Bun Me, SchnitzTop Juice, Sumo Salad’s Green Label and Famous Fish Co by Costi.  

GPT’s head of investment management for office, David Burgess, said he Burger Project will take a prime position, facing out towards Martin Place and expects it to be an lunchtime and evening drawcard. 

Neil Perry said he had been on the lookout for key sites around Australia to expand the Burger Project brand.
