Offers to purchase open for Bunbury lot

A large site in the Western Australian region of Bunbury has gone to market with an officers to purchase plan closing August 21.

The 10,373sqm site on 9 Edward St Bunbury could potentially include a multi-storey residential, commercial and mixed use project. 

The site is for sale through CBRE's Ben Younger and Lloyd Jenkins.

Mr Younger said the property offers outstanding views over the Bunbury township, Koombana Bay, Leschenault Inlet and the Indian Ocean.

“The former St John of God Hospital site is a strategic and prominent site within the Bunbury CBD offering huge versatility and potential, including the opportunity to acquire the whole site or a portion of,” Mr Younger said.
