Marketed as Australia's most affordable Woolworths, Burgess Rawson have secure the sale of the George Town, Tasmania premises for $4.95 million at recent auction.

The 8 Bathurst Street, George Town tenants come with an established lease with 20 + 10 year lease through to 2042. 

The rent is $336,682 pa.
