Australia’s largest and most expensive office tower: CoreLogic RP Data Cityscope

Sydney's Barangaroo Tower 1 is Australia's most expensive building and replace Melbourne's Rialto Towers as our largest.

According to CoreLogic RP Data Cityscope, the $2 billion price tag is spit between $1.4 billion of equity commitments and $600 million of debt financing.
