Investor buys Richmond retail on 3.8% yield

A two level Victorian property with ground floor retail access and a self-contained upstairs living space has been sold to a private investor for $1.55 million.
The property, on 468 Bridge Road Richmond was sold subject to a five year lease with a five year option, returning $5,000 per annum net.
The sale at the Burnley Street end was brokered by Teska Carson agents Matthew Field and Larry Takis.
It sold at $835,000 in 2008.
