Melbourne based educational provider Impact English College is making their first move into the Brisbane market after signing a seven year lease through Colliers.

It is for 1,240sqm of space across three levels at 110 Eagle Street, with the lease commencement date of 1 June 2015.

Impact English College was established in Melbourne in January 2008, and since then has grown to become one of the largest and most respected English Language Colleges in Australia.

Its entire floor-space at 110 Eagle Street will contain 14 classrooms.

The college campus in Brisbane will eventually offer the same range of English language programs as the Melbourne College and possibly some new courses devised especially for the Brisbane market.
