A rare stage 1 DA approved site in Chatswood has hit the market.
Knight Frank has listed the 2,608sqm site that offers three street frontages across 654 – 666 Pacific Highway, 1 Freeman Road and 2A Oliver Road, Chatswood.
With an overall Gross Floor Area of 7,944sqm, the site can accommodate development of two residential towers of eleven and eight levels.
The site is being offered to the market with short term tenancies allowing developers flexibility.
According to Tim Holtsbaum, Knight Frank’s Director, Residential Site Sales, Chatswood is a tightly held market which continues to attract substantial interest from active developers.
The property is being offered for sale with offers due July 1.
