The University of Melbourne sold a triplex apartment block in Carlton for $4.7 million at weekend auction.
The 419-423 Cardigan Street holding had 15 bedrooms across three apartments.
Woodards secured the sale of the 580 square metre holding.
It was offered as a potential development site.
