Ornate Carlton offering by Gange family

The Gange family – prominent Victorian taxi operators since 1865 – are selling their ornate two storey Carlton building.
It is at the intersection of Elgin, Keppel and Lygon streets, a former branch of the Melbourne Savings Bank.
The somewhat triangular 287 square metre block is now configured with a ground floor office tenancy returning $60,000 annually plus an upstairs three-bedroom apartment with off-street parking.
Biggin & Scott Land Daniel Eramo has it for June 4 auction.
