$425,000 Greenacre sale the cheapest Sydney weekend sale

An investor paid $425,000 for the pre-auction purchase of the weekend's cheapest sale which was 4/11-17 Davidson Street, Greenacre.

It was a three bedroom, one bathroom unit, sold well ahead of auction through Town and Country agent Hui Zhu.

One of just 10 under $500,000 sales across Sydney, it was snapped up within seven days.

It last sold at $175,000 in 2001.

It now is for rent at $450 a week, reflecting 5.5% gross yield.

Eagle Vale was the suburb with the cheapest house sale - $442,000 for a three bedroom on Crozier Street.
