It will be followed by Quest’s second Albury property – Quest Albury on Townsend in early May.

Quest CEO Zed Sanjana said Liverpool, Nowra and Albury were three strong economies with major projects underway including the multi-million dollar Kurrajong Road (Liverpool) and Princes Highway (Nowra) upgrades, and the redevelopment of the Albury Art Gallery.

“The City of Liverpool is thriving, home to 13,600 local and national businesses, with 35,000 new jobs projected by 2036," said Sanjana.

"Economic activity in Nowra and the City of Shoalhaven is doing well and we believe significant investment in the region will continue.

"Albury is quickly establishing itself as not only a key business centre, but also a cultural destination.”
