The 129-131 Parramatta Road, Concord development site has been given a $4.2 million asking price having failed to sell at is scheduled 16 April auction.
There is approval for 16 units for the shop-top site set 500 from Strathfield Station.
JLL agents Blair Peterken and Dylan McEvoy have the listing. Some 90% of the apartments will be two bedrooms.
The site was consolidated in 2013 at a $1.6 million cost.
