A $700,000 vendor bid came from auctioneer Branko Lemaic today.
A second vendor bid of $720,000 prompted the the two-bedroom conversion being passed in.
The reserve price has been signalled as $769,000 for 3/138 Charles Street.
In the 1960s the firm of R.M. Crockett & Son came under the control of the Slazenger.
