Uber take Cremorne, Melbourne warehouse lease

Ride sharing service Uber has taken a converted warehouse property in the inner-city Melbourne suburb of Cremorne to run its operations.
The 64 Gwynne Street property comprises 520 square meres of converted office space.
Uber has signed up for a three-year term at an annual rental of $136,000 net.
The company's growth meant that the St Kilda office was no longer suitable.
CBRE’s Joshua Jennings negotiated the lease in conjunction with DBR Property.
