Warrington Property Group buys 33 hectare Dandenong property

Cbus Property has sold 81-125 Princes Highway, Dandenong – formerly the General Motors Holden manufacturing site  to the Western Australia property syndicator fund manager Warrington Property Group.

The 33.7 hectare property comprises 8 hectares, with three buildings totalling 27,919 square metre leased to GPI, CEVA and Australia Meat Holdings.

Fully leased the total estate income is $6.7 million.

It is located 32 kilometres south-east of the Melbourne CBD.

Warrington Property, which has around $250 million of assets under management, was founded by British-born valuer Chris Weaver.

The Dandenong deal was brokered by Savills Australia agents Chris Jones and Ben Hegerty.
