Concorde House at 310 King St in Melbourne's CBD has been sold for $19.3 million, at a rate of $3,217 per square metre.

The building provides 6,000 square metres of offices and 30 car spaces, and is occupied by a variety of tenants, including Nowicki Carbone, St John’s Ambulance and the Australian Red Cross Society.

Mat Kent of Savills acted for the vendor.

Harrington said when fully leased Concorde House would provide a yield in the region of 9%.

It is in the Flagstaff Gardens precinct.
