Altona North industrial logistics sale by Centuria REIT

Centuria Property Funds has sold 28 Salta Drive, Altona North, for $14.5 million to a private investor.
It was purchased from Salta Properties in 2002.
The 28 Salta Drive is the final property to be sold from the Centuria Direct Property Fund.
The property is a purpose-built transport and warehousing facility with a gross building area of 23,854 square metres including fitted and modern offices of approximately 482 square metres located on a 5 hectare site.
Nathan Bingham of Colliers International and Greg Jensz of Savills were the selling agents.
