WhiteGold Solutions finds home in Hawthorn

A 350 square metre office in Hawthorn will be leased to information technology company WhiteGold Solutions.

The office space at 443 Auburn Road is owned by a private investor, with the lease negotiated by JLL director of Office Leasing Michael Simonds and Leasing Executive Shane Keogh.

The fully fitted out office has a five year lease term. JLL also negotiated the lease for vacating BluePrint Group, who moved to larger premises at 192 Burwood Road, Hawthorn.
