Wolf Blass sells his Noosa shopping centre at 8% yield

The Australian winemaker Wolfgang (Wolf) Blass has sold his Noosa Village Shopping Centre for $25.1 million to the ­Australian Property Opportunities Fund No 1.

Blass has owned the Woolworths-anchored centre since 1996.

The 4,400 square metre property was sold on a yield of 8% by Chesterton’s Glenn Conridge.

The $240 million Australian Property Opportunities Fund is managed by Fort Street Real Estate Capital.
