The Rose Bay property that was once headquarters of Jodhi Meares fashion label has been sold at Cooley auction.

It was originally a barn for the Rose Bay dairy­.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence and office space at 5 Roberts Street been listed with Daniel Baran and Reece Coleman at The Agency.

The first-floor features a large open plan living and dining area, kitchen with 5 metre-long stainless steel benchtop, indoor fish pond and ornate Balinese timber doors.

In 2006 its ground floor was transformed from a 16-car garage to modern offices with boardroom.

It was bought by the Otton family in 2006 for $2.35 million.

It had price expectations around $3.5 million.

No price has been revealed for the registered bidder only auction.
