Chippendale office cheapie sells for $160,000

The retail and office space at 3/146-152 Cleveland St, Chippendale was the cheapest sale of the weekend.
It fetched $160,000 through Richardson & Wrench Surry Hills having been listed with $150,000 plus hopes.
Its size was 21 square metres.
The retail/office benefited from main street exposure but also had internal landscaped courtyard entrance.
