Glebe showroom sells for $3.78 million

The commercial offering at 10 Bridge Road, Glebe fetched $3.78 million when auctioned this week by AuctionWORKS.
It was offered by Gerard Cole Property Consultants agent Michael Culibrk.
The land size was around 360 square metres with open plan showroom, spacious warehouse with roller door access and executive offices.
It was sold by a Victorian investor as a possible building block.
The tenant is Ruby Star which is set to relocate.
