The city suburbs that sell below their advertised prices: Tweet of the day

A new report from Aussie and RP Data, the Property Discounting Report, was shared out on Twitter allowing buyers to see where the areas are that they can expect to pay less than the advertised price.
According to the report, just 3.8% of houses sold at the advertised price by private treaty, with 4.7% of units attaining their asking price. However, the majority of houses and units nationally are actually selling less, at 63.4% and 58.1% respectively.
In the capitals this is less of the case, with 43.6% of houses and 46% of units selling above their list price.
