The 165 room Vibe Hotel on Sydney’s North Shore at Milsons Point, has been listed for sale with approval for 87 residential apartments and 10 commercial suites over 16 floors.
It has been listed by a syndicate associated with Greg Shand’s Barana Group through CBRE’s Scott Gray-Spencer and JLL agents James Aroney and Robert Sewell.
The address at 88 Alfred Street could attract Chinese developer interest.
The 1545 square metre holding was bought for $3.166 million in 2003.
There is a Bates Smart design available for the buyer with six month vacant possession if required.
