Ulster Developments sells Minto, Sydney industrial building

Ulster Developments has sold its industrial building in Sydney's Minto for $1.505 million.  

A private investor purchased the 16 Airds Road building at auction, on an initial yield of 9.57%. 

The 1,350 square metre building is underpinned with a newly secured five year lease to manufacturing and supplier company, ECH.

Terry Hassan and Alex Jaafar of Knight Frank negotiated the deal.
