Brisbane and the Gold Coast’s median house price now sits at $475,000, according to the latest quarterly data from RP Data-Rismark.

Houses in Brisbane and the Gold Coast were up 10.6% from the March quarter of last year. RP Data’s results still put Brisbane and the Gold Coast’s quarterly median house price behind those recorded in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Darwin.
