Bisley & Company Pty Ltd lease Chatswood office suite

Industrial raw material supplier Bisley & Company Pty Ltd has leased an office suite in Sydney's northern suburb of Chatswood.
The company secured 529 square metres of space, at suite 12.01,799 Pacific Highway on a five-year term. The lease was struck at an initial rental of $538 gross per square metre.
CBRE’s Stefan Perkowski negotiated the lease on behalf of lessor Tackelly Pty Limited.
