Knight Frank appoint new director to South Sydney industrial team

Knight Frank has bolstered its South Sydney industrial team, appointing Daniel O'Brien as a director.

O’Brien has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry and extensive experience across the commercial sales and leasing markets in South Sydney and the city fringe.

In his previous role, he was employed by CBRE as the head of its commercial division in the South Sydney office since 2005. He was with CBRE for 10 years. 

Knight Frank’s national director of industrial, Mr Eugene Evgenikos, said that O'Brien brought across  extensive experience and knowledge in the South Sydney market and would focus primarily on business space/commercial leasing and freestanding site sales.
