A 7,456 square metre industrial property situated within the Port Melbourne precinct, which currently undergoing urban renewal, has been listed for sale.

The 320 Plummer Street property is described as having a high profile position in the heart of the state government’s Fishermans Bend Urban Renewal Area Plan and offering a range of development opportunities.

The property features a high clearance warehouse totalling 3,110 square metres and an adjoining hardstand, which is in excess of 4,000 square metres in area, with the ability to be occupied immediately. It also has exposure and access to three street frontages. 

CBRE’s Harry Kalaitzis is marketing the property, in conjunction with colleague Dean Hunt.
