Downer EDI Limited lease Underdale, Adelaide office space

Engineering and infrastructure management services company Downer EDI Limited has leased 711 square metres of office space in the Fauldings headquarters building in the Adelaide suburb of Underdale.
The company has committed to a two and a half years lease, at 115 Sherriff Street, with the initial rent struck at $250 gross per square metre annually.
CBRE’s Michael Pfitzner negotiated the deal on behalf of lessor Symbion.
