Located at 143 Acland Street, the property is leased to national retailer San Churro.
Chocolateria on a five year net lease, with 4% annual rental increases.
The net annual net income is $133,760 plus GST and outgoings.
It is scheduled for auction on 21 August through Josh Rutman, Mark Wizel and Rorey James of CBRE.
