Development takes advantage of South West Rail Link

One-hectare rural lots going on sale at Edmondson Park this weekend through Urbangrowth NSW, which incorporates Landcom, are looking to benefit from the South West Rail Link.

The lots, adjoining Denham Court at the eastern end of the Macarthur Scenic Hills, are using the M5, M7 and new South West Rail Link to generate buyer interest.

“People can live in a diverse range of housing styles from rural living to low maintenance homes with everyone connected to transport, community and education facilities,” said Donna Savage, development director.

“Edmondson Park is about lifestyle and amenity. It is surrounded by a 150- hectare Regional Park and open spaces, that are connected by cycle ways and footpaths leading into a new Town Centre,” said Savage.

The limited sales release of 15 one-hectare rural lots will be on 26 October, at 10am.
